  1. Why do so many of these come with a whole list of nasty side effects? Does the good they offer really far out weigh the bad or just a little bit?? Radically improve diet, hydrate optimally, exercise regularly, regulate sleep, eliminate stress by means of regular meditation, walks in nature, relaxation music and fun activities to elevate your mood. Plus stressing the body through timed exposure to extreme cold and heat can turn any person being into an incredibly balanced, happy healthy human being. Supplements have their place but are no panacea either. Respect Huberman and all his research but popping pills, prescribed or otherwise, is not the answer but one facet of a truly holistic lifestyle
